Marsilea Hirsutais a carpeting plant, similar to Glossostigma, however a little less demanding. Usually delivered with leaves like a four-leaf clover. Leafs sometimes have two, three or four-lobed leaves, making this a very appealing and complex foreground plant. The plant will carpet via runners and spread across the bottom layer. Undemanding, can grow under low light and low CO2, however growth and health is considerabley better when these conditions are improved. Varies in height from 2-10cm demanding on growing conditions.

How to plant your tissue culture plants:
Each pot has a diameter of 60mm. All tissue culture plants are free from snails, algae and pesticides. The cups can be kept for a relatively long time before planting (sometimes weeks) meaning you can plant when you are ready. Keep in a cool place, sub 20 degrees and out of direct sunlight. Tissue culture plants are young plants with strong roots and are in much better health than their potted versions. Only open cups before planting to avoid contamination. CO2 and good fertilization will promote healthy growth.
- Remove plant from packaging
- Rinse and wash away any gel/liquid
- Divide plant into 6-8 portions
- Plant directly into your substrate

I have always trusted Tropica as a provider of tropical plants. I have a great carpet, till the point to have to trim a lot of it and pace it in another tank.
Convenient as you don't have to rush to plant as soon as the plants are delivered - perfect for international delivery. Plants are healthy and pest free, great!
