Unfortunately our checkout system will no longer offer the option to deliver orders outside of Europe as shipping takes too long and plants often die in the post.
However, if you would still like to order plants from outside of Europe please contact us before placing an order and we can then obtain a quote for express shipping costs. Shipping costs outside the UK vary from country to country, so please contact us first with your proposed order and we can give you a quotation.
We must make you aware this is all at YOUR OWN RISK. If you do order from outside the UK, we are not responsible for the package during transit and you (the buyer) take the full financial risk for undelivered/delayed/lost parcels OR if your parcel gets stuck/rejected in customs.

- We use Royal Mail international signed for to delivery international orders (estimated up to 15 working days)
- PLEASE NOTE: If you are ordering from overseas, YOU ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for loss, damage or undelivered packages.
- If you are ordering plants from overseas then you, the buyer, are taking the risk. We are not responsible for loss or damaged to any plants during transit.
- We post international orders Mon-Weds.
- You can track the status of your order by logging in to your Aquarium Gardens account.
- Large items such as aquarium wood and lights may incur additional postal charges. We will contact you in this event.
