Product Description

Fabulous moss from Southeast Asia. Its delicate appearance gives it a very special character. Tied on a stainless steel grid, it can be placed directly on the ground. Or you can remove it from the grid and tie it directly onto stones and wood. In this way, you can achieve beautiful, realistic effects in the design of an aquarium. Like all mosses, Fissidens also likes fresh and clear water, CO2 additions significantly promotes growth.

I have bought and ordered fissidens fontanus from a number of places before and they are always small amounts and not properly attached to the mesh.

Upon opening the container I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there was a huge amount on there.

Definitely buy from here as it is well worth the money.

The Phoenix Moss I bought is of the highest quality, healthy green strands.

You get plenty in a cup I bought 2 cups as I was uncertain of portion size, I was not disappointed I've more than enough to cover my bog wood with plenty left over for the lava rock and I'll probably bob the left overs on mesh for my other tank see what it does.

Delivery was fast, the product well packaged.

All in all I would say if you have any hesitations in ordering live moss from aquarium gardens you needn't have. Highly recommend.

  • Quick service, fantastic plants

    I have ordered from Aquarium Gardens for the first time after seeing them on social media. Well what can I say except WOW, the plants were a really good price, they arrived on time actually quicker than I expected! They arrived in absolutely fantastic condition as if I had picked them out myself, well packaged. The plants themselves were bigger than what I expected to get so definitely value for money and the root systems were well established, can't wait to see them get bigger in my aquariums.
