2hr Aquarist APT Estimative Index 1000ml - Refill

Product Description

2hr Aquarist APT CompletePure power. Use it wisely.

Recommend for fast growth, Dutch tanks and high energy tanks.

For the more experienced Planted Tank Aquarists.

Designed to exceed the maximum estimate of plant-growth requirements, the famous nutrient dosing approach pioneered by Tom Barr is now available in a ready-to-use concentrate that removes the guesswork from trying to recreate this powerful and sometimes elusive formula.

The default dose saturates the water heavily with NPK, Mg, Fe, and Traces, removing nutrient deficiencies from the equation and allows the aquarist to then focus on tuning light, CO2 and other variables.

The classic Estimative Index Formula contains a boldly concentrated and superior combination of all essential macro, micro and trace elements for aggressive and accelerated growth.

  • Specially formulated for demanding planted species and fast growth
  • 3X savings - Great Value! Concentrated so lasts 3x as long.
  • Dosage: Dose 5ml per 100L four times a week or 3ml per 100L daily.
  • Shrimp Friendly

Powerful stuff

Expect quick results but do be careful!

This seems to be a quick working but powerful fertiliser meaning that if overdosed, algae can thrive (ask me how I know!).

I run both high lighting and CO2 so have had to fine tune my dosing to prevent algae scrapes every 2 days but my crypts and nymphea have exploded!

Worth the money and definitely works but as Uncle Ben said… great power, great responsibility or something…

  • Best UK Aquascaping

Dave and the guys at Aquarium Gardens are without doubt the leaders in their field of Aquascaping. My wife and I have visited several times over the last couple of years and have always received fantastic advice and guidance. Two years ago we had one small tank, we now have three aquascapes all running CO2, this definitely wouldn’t be possible without all the support from the guys at Aquarium Gardens. Carry on doing what you’re doing because your business model is superb…..thanks once again Malcolm & Cheryl Orgill

  • Quick service, fantastic plants

I have ordered from Aquarium Gardens for the first time after seeing them on social media. Well what can I say except WOW, the plants were a really good price, they arrived on time actually quicker than I expected! They arrived in absolutely fantastic condition as if I had picked them out myself, well packaged. The plants themselves were bigger than what I expected to get so definitely value for money and the root systems were well established, can't wait to see them get bigger in my aquariums. Will definitely buy from this company again.
