Description
Sagittaria Platyphylla is a popular undemanding foreground plant. Generally easy to care for as long as you make sure light gets to the bottom of your aquarium. Co2 or liquid carbon will provide further success with this plant, although not compulsory to grow this plant. It shoots out runners and can quickly cover the bottom of your aquarium.

If there is a shortage of nutrients the leaves often turn pale. If this happens then consider increasing your nutrient dosing.

Key Features:
  • A robust starter plant kept by many.
  • Suitable for CO2 and non CO2 aquariums.
  • Suitable for low light or high light.
  • Propagation through runners, where a thick carpet can be formed.
